- Whatever the reason for the return, please contact us immediatly explaining why you want to return your items, along with your order number & full contact details.

- As we will need to check the product, if there is a fault, we do not accept photographs. You must return your product to us.

- J4K cannot accept returned products after 30 days and any returned product must be in the same packaging.

- Once received, a returned item will be checked by an experienced member of our staff.

- If J4K decide the products was wear and tear, and or misuse from the customer, in this case no refund or replacement will be sent.


Please Note:

- J4K cannot offer a refund or replacement on wear or tear of the glove palms. This is because the palm is a soft latex material and will naturally wear from your first use, and then with every usage.

- Poor pitch conditions, wearing gloves on artificial turf or poor surfaces can drastically wear the palm away, so for this reason we cannot guarantee our palms. Personalisation goalkeeper gloves cannot be refunded or exchanged, except if there is a fault with the glove


Changing of Size:

- If you are returning because you want to change sizing, any returns MUST still be in same new packaging. If there is any damage to the packaging or look of wear to the product no refund or replacement will be given. 

- If in the event J4K has sent out the wrong size in error, once we receive your returned item, J4K will send out your correct size immediately.
